Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages, comments, enquiries and prayer requests across digital platforms.
- Engage online audiences in a welcoming, Christ-centred manner.
- Moderate online communities and maintain respectful conversations.
- Escalate sensitive pastoral or administrative enquiries to the appropriate church leaders.
- Track audience feedback and prepare engagement reports.
- Support online follow-up and community-building initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of SSCE
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic Maths skills
- Computer literate.
- Demonstrate high-level integrity and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal skills, patience and emotional intelligence.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates must reside within Agric, Ogolonto, or Ikorodu Garage, Lagos State.
Location: Agric, Ikorodu, Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
Eligibility: Applicants must be practising Christians with a genuine commitment to Christian values and ministry.
