Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver effective Mathematics lessons.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Assess students’ understanding and academic progress.
- Set and mark tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Identify areas where students require additional support.
- Maintain proper classroom management.
- Keep accurate academic records.
- Encourage students to develop strong problem-solving skills.
- Perform other teaching duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a relevant field.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Patient and able to explain concepts clearly.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work effectively with students and other staff.
