Responsibilities:
Massage Services:
- Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, and Sports massage
- Do body scrubs, spa packages, and couple massages as required
- Consult clients to understand pain points, preferences, and health history
- Customize pressure and techniques for each client
Customer Experience:
- Welcome clients, explain treatments, and ensure comfort
- Maintain a clean, serene, and scented treatment room
- Recommend aftercare and retail products like oils, balms
- Take bookings and manage client records with confidentiality
Hygiene & Safety:
- Sanitize tables, towels, and tools after each client
- Follow all health, safety, and professional ethics guidelines
- Report any client concerns or contraindications to management
Sales & Operations:
- Upsell spa packages, memberships, and products
- Track inventory: oils, lotions, towels, and report low stock
- Meet daily/weekly service and revenue targets
- Take before/after photos for spa social media with permission
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a spa, wellness center, or hotel.
- A minimum of a degree in a field
