Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and Body Sculpting massages with professionalism.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable therapies or follow-up treatments.
- Record treatment details and client preferences accurately in AestheticsPro EMR.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after each session.
- Support medical and nursing staff with post-procedure care when necessary.
- Educate clients on post-massage aftercare, stretching, and self-maintenance routines.
- Monitor and report the usage of consumables, ensuring treatment areas are well-stocked.
- Uphold The Baddie Lab’s pink-luxury experience through impeccable service and appearance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa, medspa, or wellness center.
- Certification or license in massage therapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and safe massage techniques.
- Excellent communication, hygiene, and customer service skills.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and professional with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with body sculpting, detox massage, or post-surgery lymphatic care is a plus.
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah, or Oniru). No accommodation provided.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 180,000 Monthly (depending on experience and performance)
Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
