Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage treatments, including relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and other approved massage therapies.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable massage treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalism at all times.
- Explain treatment procedures and aftercare recommendations to clients.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and confidentiality throughout each session.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment notes.
- Monitor clients' responses during treatments and adjust techniques as necessary.
- Promote additional spa or wellness services where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethics.
- Handle client enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
- Participate in training programmes to improve professional skills.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of a S.S.C.E
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
