The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across the business, retail, and franchise network.

Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media content, engagement, and community growth
- Support product and brand promotions across retail outlets
- Coordinate in-store marketing, activations, and consumer campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
- Support go-to-market strategies for new franchise locations
- Work with design/content teams to produce marketing materials
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing (retail/FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong digital marketing and social media management skills
- Experience executing campaigns end-to-end
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data
- Creative thinking with strong execution discipline
