Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos showcasing Sneaklin services and products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media professionally.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize engagement.


Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns (discounts, seasonal promotions, events).
  • Collaborate with branches to coordinate in-store promotions and activations.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
  • Support the upselling of services and products through campaigns.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop brand guidelines and content templates.
  • Design professional visuals and copy in all communications.


Customer Engagement & Analytics:

  • Monitor engagement metrics and report on performance weekly.
  • Track conversions, leads, and social traffic for insights.
  • Work with Customer Service to capture customer feedback and testimonials.
  • Adjust content strategy based on analytics and customer behavior.


Collaboration with Operations & Sales:

  • Support Branch Leads and CSRs in promoting services and products.
  • Provide marketing materials and campaign guidance to branches.
  • Develop local outreach initiatives to drive foot traffic.
  • Align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.


Content Creation & Visuals:

  • Capture and edit photos/videos of services, sneakers, and branch activities.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for captions, emails, or promotions.
  • Ensure all content is high-quality and consistent with Sneaklin branding.


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Basic content creation skills: photography, videography, design, and editing.
  • Good written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • An analytical mindset to track metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with operations, customer service, and vendors.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or marketing.
  • Experience with small business marketing is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Canva, or similar tools.
