Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, visibility, and market penetration across all business channels.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all platforms.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and website optimization.
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage content calendars, digital engagement, and online brand reputation.
Patient Acquisition & Commercial Growth:
- Develop marketing initiatives that increase patient conversion, referrals, and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to support service promotions and revenue growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Agency & Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, printers, digital vendors, and production teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Corporate Communications & Events;
- Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives.
- Support PR activities, partnerships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Drive thought leadership and brand storytelling initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track marketing performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports, campaign insights, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience within healthcare, hospitality, luxury services, or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Commercially driven with a strong business and growth mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
