The marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products, increase brand visibility, drive market growth, and support sales performance. Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans and product launch strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Manage product branding, positioning, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support territory performance and sales targets.
  • Plan and oversee medical representative activities, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives and corporate communication platforms.
  • Prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all promotional materials comply with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare management reports.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with proven product launch experience.
  • Strong expertise in annual marketing planning, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in brand management, positioning, and integrated promotional campaigns (field, digital, and events).
  • Proven capability to collaborate with sales teams to improve territory performance and achieve sales targets.
