Job summary
The successful candidate will lead brand strategy, marketing communications, product positioning, demand-generation initiatives, and field-force marketing support for assigned pharmaceutical brands. He will be responsible for brand relationships, developing and managing knowledge base for assigned products and Field force Product-knowledge training

Responsibilities:
- Brand strategy development and execution
- Marketing and market-share analysis
- Product planning and go-to-market execution
- Field-force product training and coaching
- Marketing communications and promotional campaigns
- Market research, competitor analysis, and growth strategy development
- Monitoring marketing performance, ROI, and brand competitiveness
Requirements:
- B. Pharm or PharmD (mandatory)
- Possession of an MBA is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing/brand management experience
- Not less than 15 years of industry/sales/marketing experience
- Strong understanding of ethical pharmaceutical marketing in Nigeria
- Demonstrable experience managing pharmaceutical brands and supporting field-force performance
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and result orientation
- Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria when required
