Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive student engagement. Key responsibilities include managing campaigns, creating marketing content, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating digital marketing efforts, and overseeing social media platforms. The role requires collaboration with the wider team to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Campaign Execution
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Brand Messaging
• Experience in Marketing Strategy Development and Performance Analysis
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the education sector and familiarity with diaspora communities is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing software is a plus
