Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns with clear revenue targets, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize high-potential customers for all our offerings and products
- Build and maintain a comprehensive client database, categorizing institutions by potential revenue value and engagement status.
- Drive pipeline growth through targeted field marketing activities, collaborated digital campaigns, and partnerships.
- Set monthly and quarterly revenue goals in collaboration with management, and lead the marketing team in achieving or surpassing those targets.
- Supervise and support the marketing team to generate qualified leads and ensure proper follow-up that translates into actual sales and subscription revenue.
- Work closely with the product team to align marketing efforts with product offerings and monetization strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign ROI, lead conversion rates, and revenue performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities to maximize lifetime customer value.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and strategic advantages.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing and revenue performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or revenue growth roles, ideally within the education or technology sector.
- Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to measure ROI, lead conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with product, sales, and management teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
