Marketing Implementation Specialist
Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at YipOnline. This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing execution end-to-end. You will implement campaigns, monitor performance, optimize spend, and present real results.

Responsibilities:
- Create, run, and manage marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance, make adjustments in real-time, and optimize for better ROI.
- Track metrics such as customer acquisition cost, engagement rates, and conversion performance.
- Present results using dashboards, screenshots, and reports; explain what worked and what didn’t.
- Own the marketing workflow independently, ensuring campaigns are executed and optimized without heavy supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience running high-performing digital campaigns.
- Demonstrable expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition cost, conversion, and ROI.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide other marketers while maintaining hands-on execution.
- Results-oriented, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
