Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the company’s recruitment and staffing services.
- Identify business opportunities and close deals with organisations across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present marketing proposals, client pitches, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Manage the company’s brand visibility through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a recruitment, consulting, or service-based organisation.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving marketing or sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must be well-groomed, confident, and professional in presentation.
- Strong understanding of marketing trends, client engagement, and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools is an added advantage.
