Marketing & Enrolment Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract students and parents.
• Promote Le Mentoris Academy's tutorial, holiday, and examination-preparation programmes.
• Identify and reach potential students and parents within Aguda, Surulere and surrounding areas.
• Use WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other appropriate platforms to generate enquiries.
• Support local outreach, promotional activities and community engagement.
• Develop creative ideas for attracting new students.

Requirements:

• A minimum of OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, business development or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Confidence communicating with parents and members of the public.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• A proactive, energetic and results-oriented personality.
• Genuine interest in education and student development.
• Experience in educational marketing, school admissions, tutorial-centre marketing or selling educational services will be an advantage.
