Are you a strategic marketer who can move fluidly between boardroom-level B2B conversations and consumer-facing digital communities? We are looking for a Marketing & Digital Strategist to drive the brand and growth agenda across our healthcare and life sciences businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B content & stakeholder engagement: Develop thought leadership white papers, webinars and newsletters targeting C-suite executives at global biopharma and biotech companies via LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Scientific product marketing: Translate complex diagnostics and genomics services into clear, benefit-driven collateral for clinicians, researchers, and hospital groups across Nigeria.
- Digital product growth: Drive user acquisition, app store optimisation, and community building for a patient-facing digital health product, managing organic and paid channels across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
- Performance marketing & analytics: Manage lead-generation campaigns, CRM pipelines (HubSpot/Salesforce), SEO/SEM, and conversion tracking from awareness to clinical or commercial partnership.
Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or 3-5 years of experience in marketing and digital Communications, or a Life Sciences field (Biology, Biochemistry, or Healthcare Administration).
- Sector Expertise: Proven track record in the healthcare, CRO, or pharmaceutical industries.
- B2B & B2C Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage high-level stakeholder relationships (Sponsors/Clinicians) while simultaneously driving patient-facing app growth and community engagement.
Technical Skills & Digital Mastery
- Full-Funnel Marketing: Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for lead generation.
- Scientific Communication: Ability to translate complex molecular and genomic concepts (NGS, PCR, Biomarkers) into clear, persuasive marketing copy.
- Analytics & Data: Proficient in Google Analytics, Heatmapping, and In-App data tools to track conversion from digital awareness to laboratory or clinical partnership.
- Content Production: Experience overseeing multi-channel content calendars, including webinars, white papers, and social media video content.
