Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to attract new patients and increase clinic visibility.
- Build and manage corporate partnerships, community relationships, and referral networks.
- Own and manage the clinic’s digital presence (social media, online promotions, reviews, and engagement).
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, brand activations, and awareness initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly marketing and growth reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive patient retention and customer experience initiatives, including follow-ups.
- Support the clinic in organizing open days, school and market outreaches, and community health programs.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, front desk, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or customer engagement
- (Experience in healthcare is an advantage).
- Strong social media management skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and manage community outreach programs.
- Self-driven, organised, creative, and target-focused.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt or be willing to relocate.
