ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Associate to support the company’s growth through effective marketing execution and consistent content creation.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and create engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Marketing Execution

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Support promotional activities, offers, and product launches
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition

2. Content Creation

• Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop photo and video content aligned with brand messaging
• Write captions, scripts, and marketing copy
• Work closely with the team to produce content
• Ensure consistent posting and content calendar management

3. Brand Growth & Engagement

• Manage and grow social media pages
• Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

4. Collaboration

• Work with internal teams (photography, design, operations)
• Contribute ideas for campaigns like seasonal offers and themed promotions
• Support team members with content needs across departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Ability to use content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools is a plus)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
