Role Description

We seek a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Lagos. This on-site role involves assisting the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing efforts, conducting market research, managing customer service inquiries, supporting sales initiatives, and engaging with clients to promote the organization’s programs. The Marketing Assistant will also play a role in building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring consistent branding and communication efforts across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Market Research, including analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies to promote organizational initiatives
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the education or counseling industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment
