Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platform.


Sales Presentations and Demos:

  • Present products or services to potential clients, demonstrating features and benefits to persuade them to make a purchase.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals effectively and efficiently.


Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services, using various media such as social media, email, and print advertising.


Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to provide insights for strategy adjustment.


Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold, and stay updated on industry trends and developments.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with other departments such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.


Event Coordination:

  • Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Mid-level position requiring 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
