Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and External Relations Specialist based in Ikeja. The role involves managing external communications, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and fostering strong customer relationships. The specialist will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service while building and maintaining external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• Expertise in Market Research to analyze trends, gather insights, and drive strategy formulation.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and develop creative campaigns.
• Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and deliver high levels of satisfaction.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a team and work efficiently in an on-site environment.
• Proficiency in tools and technologies related to marketing, CRM software, and data analysis is an advantage.
• Previous experience in business consulting or recruitment is a plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
