Marketers

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and markets to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue growth.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services across various platforms, both online and offline.
• Engage potential customers through direct marketing, field visits, networking events, and social media outreach to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
• Present and demonstrate company products or services to prospective clients, clearly communicating their value, features, and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed established sales and marketing targets through consistent follow-ups, persuasive communication, and strategic planning.
• Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to develop promotional materials, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit detailed marketing reports, including progress updates, sales forecasts, and customer feedback, to management.
• Represent the company professionally in all dealings with clients, partners, and the general public, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
