Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products/services (commodity sales & agri-input distribution)
- Build and maintain direct relationships with smallholder farmers and buyers
- Identify new market opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Communicate product value and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven, proactive and passionate about sales
- Marketing or sales experience is an added advantage
