Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across all centres.
- Ensure management directives are implemented.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery across all centres.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or operations management certification.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in operations, management, Administration, and business management
- Experience using ERP or other enterprise management systems
- Data Analysis and Dashboard reporting.
- Experience developing SOPs.
