As our Managing Partner – Nigeria, you'll take the lead in building our commercial and learning footprint in the region. Your focus will be on enterprise learning, leadership development, and professional certification, with a mandate to shape partnerships that bridge the gap between education and employability.
�� What You'll Be Driving
· Lead market entry and scale-up operations across Nigeria—targeting both enterprise and public sector growth.
· Launch high-impact leadership, financial literacy, and certification programs, tailored to local industry and workforce needs.
· Establish and manage a team of sales, client engagement, and learning delivery professionals.
· Form strategic partnerships with Nigerian banks, fintechs, insurers, regulators (e.g., SEC, CBN, NAICOM), and industry groups such as NASSME, CIPM, and LBS.
· Engage public sector entities such as ITF, NDE, and NBTE to support national skills development initiatives.
· Build enterprise pipelines with clients in finance, energy, FMCG, telcos, and government.
�� Your Background
· 15+ years in leadership roles within financial services, L&D, enterprise sales, or education consulting.
· Demonstrated success building or scaling country-level operations.
· Strong commercial orientation with experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue responsibility.
· Understanding of Nigeria’s regulatory, TVET, and certification environments (e.g. SEC exams, CIPM, NUC standards).
· Track record in working with learning ecosystems, professional upskilling, or digital delivery in resource-constrained environments.
�� Education & Professional Requirements
· Postgraduate degree (MBA, M.Ed., MSc, or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Education, or Psychology.
· Exposure to international learning models (e.g., Duke CE, INSEAD, EdTech platforms) is a strong plus.
· Bonus: Professional certifications (e.g. CFP®, CFA®, CIPM, CIS) or affiliations with Nigerian institutes.
