Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall strategy, P&L, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Execute the company's HMO license and business plan.
- Build relationships with NHIA, regulators, providers, employers, brokers, banks, telcos and strategic partners.
- Drive membership growth, retention and profitability.
- Approve annual budgets and operating plans.
- Oversee integration between Equity Multishield HMO and Sabidoktor.(A product of the business)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
- A minimum of an MBA/MSc in a related field
