Job Summary

Swift Consulting, an education, human resources, and management firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics manager for one of our clients in the Automobile sector.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient vehicle movement and delivery.
Monitor fleet performance, utilisation, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
Develop strategies to optimise routes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and transport partners.
Lead, train, and coordinate logistics staff.
Prepare and analyse logistics reports, budgets, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics management (automotive, transport, or fleet operations preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven expertise in fleet coordination, route planning, and operational management.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
