Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and conducting repairs as needed. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that all industrial equipment is operating efficiently, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring the facility remains safe and operational. The Technician will collaborate with team members and follow company procedures to complete tasks on time and ensure quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with conducting Preventive Maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing
- Inspect, test, and calibrate various electrical and electronic components and instruments.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams (mechanical, hydraulic) and operations staff to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime.
- Install, modify, and commission new electrical systems, wiring, and equipment as needed, ensuring they meet all safety and performance standards.
