Maintenance Technician

Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based on Lagos. This position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems related to ELV, security, safety, IT, structured cabling, UPS system. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for all infrastructure. The Maintenance Technician will document maintenance activities, follow safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with project teams, engineers, and vendors to support reliable and efficient operations. The role may also involve responding to urgent maintenance requests and participating in installations and upgrades.

Qualifications

•Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance & Repair.

•Candidates should possess proven abilities in Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance.

•Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance and maintenance planning.

•Bsc/HND in Electrical Engineering.

•Knowledge of ELV systems, structured cabling and UPS system.

•Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety procedures.

•Strong attentiond to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.

•Previous experience in facilities maintenance environments is an advantage.
