Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating maintenance technicians to ensure high performance.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Developing schedules to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Operational Safety & Compliance: Conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
• Facility Inspections: Routinely inspecting buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify repair needs.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Ordering tools, spare parts, and equipment; managing relationships with external contractors.
• Emergency Response: Coordinating repairs during urgent situations to minimize downtime.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining maintenance logs and repair records.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production equipment and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical operational standards will be an added advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
