Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, bar, and car wash
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all units
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and general facility management
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the facility
- Prepare and submit operational reports
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in any relevant field (compulsory)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a lounge, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple units effectively
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
