Logistics Officer
Job summary
JSM is seeking a responsible and proactive Logistics Officer to manage company vehicles, transportation, and logistical support for staff and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Ensure company vehicles are regularly serviced, clean, and compliant with all licensing, insurance, and inspection requirements.
- Transportation: Provide timely and reliable transport for staff and visitors; arrange alternative transport when needed; manage transportation for field trips or site visits.
- Logistical Support: Assist with site meetings, training sessions, and events to ensure smooth operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, small repairs, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logbooks, vehicle registers, fuel records, and mileage reports.
- Driving Duties: Drive company vehicles to job sites, clean vehicles before and after use, and report any accidents or damages.
- Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, and servicing schedules.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain good relationships with clients; handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
