Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign international shipments (import & export) to appropriate carriers based on destination, timelines, and service type
• Coordinate end-to-end freight operations, including cargo movement via air, sea, or land
• Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Review and validate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation
• Supervise warehouse handling processes, including cargo packaging, labeling, and consolidation
• Manage daily cargo pickup and delivery schedules with freight carriers and transport partners
• Track shipments in transit and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate operational records and shipment documentation
• Liaise with customs agents, clearing agents, and finance teams to ensure timely clearance and dispatch
• Oversee cargo consolidation and deconsolidation processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping company
• Mandatory experience in import and export operations (international shipping)
• Strong understanding of global shipping processes, customs clearance, and trade compliance
• Experience working with multiple freight carriers (airlines, shipping lines, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with shipping documentation and cargo handling
• Experience in freight forwarding, cargo consolidation, and customs processes
• Proficiency in logistics or operations management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously

• Experience must be from a cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics service company
• Candidates with experience only in passenger transport, ride-hailing, or vehicle logistics will not be considered
