Logistic Manager

Responsibilities:

General Logistics Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules
• Coordinate interstate and intrastate deliveries
• Manage courier partners, dispatch riders, fleets, and transport companies
• Ensure timely movement of goods between factory, office, warehouse, and clients
• Track all deliveries from dispatch to final delivery
• Ensure proper documentation for every movement
• Manage logistics costs and optimise delivery efficiency
• Ensure the safety of products in transit
• Report delivery performance to the Admin Manager

Trionlife–Specific Responsibilities (Distribution):

• Coordinate delivery of products to stockists and distributors
• Handle distributor product collection logistics
• Manage last-mile delivery for online distributor orders
• Ensure system-to-physical delivery alignment
• Resolve distributor delivery complaints promptly
• Maintain delivery records for distributor orders

Akam Nature Care–Specific Responsibilities (Manufacturing):

• Coordinate the delivery of contract manufacturing finished products to clients
• Handle the delivery of bulk and customised products
• Manage the movement of raw materials from suppliers to the factory
• Coordinate the movement of packaging materials
• Manage delivery of samples, documents, and compliance materials
• Ensure factory supply chain continuity

Courier & Fleet Management:

• Onboard and manage multiple courier partners
• Negotiate delivery rates and SLAs
• Assign deliveries to the appropriate courier or fleet
• Monitor courier performance and compliance
• Maintain backup delivery options

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain delivery logs
• Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports
• Track delivery costs per transaction
• Report delays, damages, or losses immediately
• Maintain traceable delivery records

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSC
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
