In this role, you will be responsible for selling lending and savings products, onboarding new customers, and helping individuals and businesses access the right financial solutions.
This is a target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in selling loan products and options to individuals and business in a performance-based environment.
What You'll Do-

• Source and onboard new customers for different loan and savings products
• Promote financial products through direct sales and referrals
• Evaluate loan applications and guide customers through the process
• Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Cross-sell additional financial services to existing customers
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations
• Achieve a growth rate of 5% month over month
  

Compensation

• N80,000 Base net salary + Performance Based Commissions up to 500,000, HMO benefit
