Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Livestream Engineer / Sound Operator to manage the

technical execution of our podcasts, livestreams, and live productions.

You will be responsible for ensuring crystal-clear audio, stable streaming, and seamless live

delivery. This role is critical to audience experience no glitches, no delays, no poor sound.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage audio equipment (microphones, mixers, interfaces).

• Configure and operate livestream systems for live broadcasts.

• Ensure high-quality sound output during recordings and live sessions.

• Monitor and troubleshoot audio and stream issues in real time.

• Manage streaming software and platforms for smooth delivery.

• Coordinate with camera operators and presenters during live sessions.

• Conduct pre-live testing and sound checks before every session.

• Optimize audio levels, eliminate noise, and maintain understanding.

• Ensure zero or minimal downtime during livestreams.

KPIs

• Audio Quality (clarity, balance, no distortion or noise)

• Stream Stability (minimal lag, buffering, or interruptions)

• Live Execution (smooth, error-free sessions)

• Setup Efficiency (quick and accurate setup before sessions)

• Issue Resolution Speed (ability to fix problems in real time)

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in livestream engineering, audio engineering, or sound

operation.

2. Strong understanding of audio systems and sound mixing.

3. Experience with livestream setups and broadcasting workflows.

4. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly under pressure.

5. Familiarity with streaming software and production tools.

6. Strong attention to detail and technical precision.

7. Ability to work in fast-paced, live environments.
