Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes that are of excellent quality and served promptly.
- Innovate and develop new recipes to enhance the menu.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work area.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Culinary School Degree/Diploma
- 2-3 years of proven experience working as a chef.
- Excellent kitchen skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Renumeration: NGN 150,000 with Accommodation.
