Company Description
A reputable law firm in Ajah Lagos is seeking to engage a highly skilled and self-driven lawyer with 5–8 years post-call experience with strong, active litigation. practice to join its team on a part-time or remote basis.
Role overview
The successful candidate will provide litigation support across a range of contentious matters, working closely with the firm’s partners and litigation team. This role is best suited for a lawyer who is confident, organised, detailed and capable of handling matters with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of legal principles
Experience with drafting and reviewing court processes and other legal documentation
Strong Research skills to support legal cases and arguments
Familiarity with Depositions and Court procedures
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Capacity to work collaboratively in a team and independently under deadlines
A Law degree (LL.B) and membership in the Nigerian Bar Association
Previous experience in litigation or a related legal field is an advantage
Work arrangement
Part-time or fully remote and the successful candidate will only be required to report to office during court dates.
