Line Cook
Job summary
The Line Cook is responsible for cooking and plating all menu items during service by strictly following Smoke & Spice recipes and standards. This role ensures every dish tastes the same, every time, regardless of volume or pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Cook all menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Execute orders efficiently during service while maintaining consistency and speed
- Follow all prep and cooking procedures for chicken, sides, and sauces
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Assistant to ensure ingredients and stations are always service-ready
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cooking station, equipment, and tools during and after service
- Step up to manage the line independently during busy periods when required
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
