Job summary
The Licensed Spa Nurse provides safe, professional health and wellness services to clients. You’ll combine clinical nursing knowledge with spa treatments to ensure all procedures are safe, hygienic, and therapeutic. The role focuses on client health assessment, IV therapy, wellness injections, and supporting the spa’s aesthetic/wellness programs.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Clinical & Wellness Services:
- Conduct client health consultation and medical history screening before treatments
- Administer IV drips, vitamin C drips, glutathione, B12 shots, and other wellness infusions
- Perform injections as prescribed: fat-burning shots, immune boosters
- Monitor clients during and after procedures for any adverse reactions
- Provide first aid and handle medical emergencies
Spa Treatments Support:
- Assist with medical-grade facials, body treatments, and post-procedure care
- Educate clients on skincare, nutrition, hydration, and wellness plans
- Ensure all treatments follow hygiene and infection control standards
Safety & Compliance:
- Maintain NMCN - Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria license and follow scope of practice
- Keep accurate client records, consent forms, and treatment notes
- Ensure sterilization of equipment and proper disposal of medical waste
- Stock and manage medical supplies, IV fluids, and emergency kits
Client Care & Sales
- Provide a professional, calm, and welcoming client experience
- Explain benefits/risks of treatments and obtain informed consent
- Work with therapists to create personalized wellness packages
- Follow up with clients on treatment results
Requirements:
- NMCN practicing license must be verifiable
- A minimum of a diploma
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
