Clinical Psychologist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and evaluations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural conditions.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches suited to each client's needs.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate risk assessment where required.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records and case notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, counsellors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Provide psychological education and guidance to clients and their families.
• Refer clients to other healthcare or specialist services when necessary.
• Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
• Maintain strict adherence to professional, ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
• Keep up to date with current psychological research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices.
• Contribute to mental health awareness, prevention, and wellness programmes where applicable.
• Perform other clinical and professional duties relevant to the role.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of an MBA/MSc
