The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialistplays a key client-facing role, supporting the design, coordination, and execution of Crosstie’s external learning and development programs. The role combines project management, client service, learning design, and analytics. It’s ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about people growth and busines. This role works closely with the Business Development team, Lead Consultant, and external facilitators to ensure effective delivery of client learning interventions. The L&D Associate also collaborates with clients’ HR and Learning teams to design and implement relevant training programs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage learning and development (L&D) projects for clients, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
- Conduct and administer Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for clients.
- Design and coordinate pre- and post-training assessments (e.g., DISC, leadership, and knowledge-based tests).
- Generate and interpret individual and organizational assessment reports for clients.
- Develop training proposals, course outlines, and learning solutions aligned with client needs.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint training materials and visual content for client programs.
- Maintain accurate L&D documentation and contribute to process improvement.
- Coordinate end-to-end training delivery—logistics, facilitators, participants, and feedback.
- Measure and report training effectiveness and ROI for clients.
- Support business development through proposal writing, bids, and program development.
- Conduct research on emerging learning trends and innovations.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or client service (preferably in training and management consulting).
- Working knowledge of assessment tools and data analysis (Excel or Power BI proficiency is an advantage).
- Excellent PowerPoint design and presentation development skills.
- Proven ability to conduct TNAs, measure ROI, and write impactful training proposals.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
