This is a full-time hybrid role based in FCT, Abuja. As the Learning Design & Program Associate, you will work directly under the mentorship of the Head of Learning & Program Design. Your primary mission is to shadow the Head in the end-to-end creation and management of high-impact educational programs in emerging technologies like Blockchain & AI.

Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Assist the Head in designing and developing training pathways for diverse learner populations, including young adults and special needs individuals.
- Program Implementation: Support the implementation of educational programs across KBM's online and onsite platforms.
- WAMIDO Project Integration: Support the transition of KBM learners into the WAMIDO mentorship program by assisting with cohort readiness and mentor matching.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation standards and ensure all curricula meet internal and external compliance and safeguarding principles.
- Operations & Facilitation: Help coordinate program logistics and assist in classroom facilitation to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Content Capture & Documentation: Assist in capturing photos and videos during onsite training sessions and official visits as required, supporting the organisation's visual documentation and content needs across its platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Educational Technology Tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to conduct Learning Needs Assessments under guidance.
High attention to detail and an innovative mindset.
Basic photography and videography skills
