Responsibilities:
- Design system architecture and select technology stacks
- Build and manage a team of 5-15 developers (full-stack, backend, frontend, DevOps, QA)
- Lead hands-on development while establishing coding standards and best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverables
- Report progress to US-based leadership
Requirements:
- 8+ years software development experience with 5+ years in technical leadership
- Experience building enterprise/B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong full-stack development and system architecture skills
- Modern tech stack experience (React/Vue, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter comfortable with startup environments
Preferred:
- Experience managing distributed/remote teams
- AI/ML integration familiarity
- Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
- Understanding of security, compliance, and role-based access controls
