Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Lead Generation Intern. The intern will support lead generation research by identifying and qualifying new leads that align with clients’ ideal customer profiles.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, organizing lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools, and assisting with outreach preparation.
The intern will collaborate with the team to refine targeting criteria, maintain accurate records, and share clear insights with stakeholders.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in data-driven lead generation and B2B research.
Compensation
This is a performance-based internship.
Interns receive 10% commission on every successful client conversion they directly contribute to. As the company grows, there will also be opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in sourcing and identifying new leads and supporting lead generation activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in market research, including analyzing target audiences and competitor landscapes.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills for clear written documentation and collaborative work.
  • Candidates should possess basic sales-related skills, such as understanding sales funnels and qualifying prospects.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tools, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and interest in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
