Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Defining system architecture, choosing the appropriate technology stacks, and ensuring the application scales securely.
- Guiding cross-functional teams, overseeing code reviews, and conducting performance evaluations for junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable sprints and technical specifications.
- Writing robust, clean, and maintainable code for both client-side interfaces (Front-End) and server-side logic (Back-End).
- Enforcing automated testing protocols, establishing CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines, and implementing data security measures
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Deep understanding of: System Design, Distributed Systems, Microservices Architecture, Scalability Patterns, and Performance Optimization.
- Extensive experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of database internals, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, caching mechanisms, and queue management.
- Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Strong proficiency with Git-based collaborative workflows.
