Bridgemead Advisory is seeking an exceptional Lead Consultant to drive the delivery of high-impact advisory engagements across strategy, organisational transformation, talent, governance and business performance.

Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Project Delivery:
- Lead complex consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation.
- Work closely with executive teams to identify strategic priorities and develop practical, implementable solutions.
- Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, operating models and execution roadmaps.
- Drive organisation design, business transformation, workforce strategy, governance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Provide trusted advisory support to CEOs, Managing Directors, Executive Committees, and Boards.
Strategy Implementation:
- Support clients beyond strategy development by leading implementation and change management efforts.
- Design governance structures, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that ensure successful execution.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead enterprise transformation programmes involving people, processes and organisational capability.
Business Development & Practice Growth;
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
- Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and service innovation.
- Represent Bridgemead Advisory at client meetings, conferences and industry engagements.
- Support the firm's growth strategy by developing new service offerings and market opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor consultants and analysts.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams capable of delivering complex client engagements.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Allocate project resources effectively and ensure quality across engagements.
Quality Assurance:
- Review consulting deliverables to ensure analytical rigour, practicality and quality.
- Establish and maintain consulting methodologies, frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Ensure all client work reflects Bridgemead Advisory's commitment to excellence and measurable impact.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. A master's degree or an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–6 years of progressive professional experience.
- Significant hands-on leadership experience within industry, consulting, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategy execution, transformation or organisational improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record of implementing business strategies that delivered measurable organisational outcomes.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading organisational change.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and boards.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project and programme management experience.
