Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sort clothes and laundry items according to color, fabric, and washing requirements.
- Wash and dry clothes and linens properly.
- Iron, fold, and arrange laundry neatly.
- Operate washing machines and other laundry equipment.
- Handle detergents and cleaning products appropriately.
- Inspect clothes for stains and ensure proper cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Report damaged or missing items when necessary.
- Follow proper laundry and hygiene procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous laundry experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of washing, ironing, and fabric care.
- Neat, hardworking, and responsible.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle laundry equipment properly.
- Good personal hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work shifts.
Location: GRA Phase 2, Port Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 monthly
