Requirements:

Sort laundry according to fabric type, color, and washing requirements.
Operate washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and other laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
Wash, dry, press, fold, and package laundry items.

Inspect garments and linens for stains, damage, or repairs before and after laundering.
Apply appropriate stain removal techniques when necessary.
Ensure laundry is returned to customers or departments in excellent condition and on time.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and equipment.
Monitor and report equipment faults or maintenance needs.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Keep records of laundry items received and delivered, where required.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Previous experience in a laundry, hospitality, or housekeeping role is an advantage.
Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

Basic knowledge of different fabrics, detergents, and stain removal techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
