Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Victoria Island, Lagos for a Laser Technician. The Laser Technician will perform procedures such as hair removal and skin treatments using advanced laser technologies. The responsibilities include ensuring the safe and effective operation of laser equipment, providing consultations to clients, offering pre- and post-treatment care recommendations, and maintaining impeccable customer service standards. The role requires a commitment to the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of clients while upholding the values of the Krème brand.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal procedures
• Technical knowledge and experience in operating Laser technologies and equipment
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client care and satisfaction
• Ability to provide pre- and post-treatment guidance and support
• Certification or training in Laser Technology or related field is an advantage
• Experience working in a skincare or aesthetic services environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to safety protocols
